Our wines are influenced by global wine regions, with a focus on South African varieties like Pinotage and Chenin Blanc alongside wines from Texas and California. We are known for our award-winning sparkling wines made in the traditional method. The Fredericksburg tasting room, located in a restored 1879 blacksmith building just one block from the National Museum of the Pacific War, offers a relaxed and welcoming wine tasting experience with indoor seating, a fireplace, and an outdoor patio. Guests can also visit our Hye location for a vineyard experience in a historic farmhouse setting along the Texas Hill Country wine trail.
