About Texas Hill Country Peaches

Roadside markets and orchards around Fredericksburg and Stonewall offer more than 20 varieties of Gillespie County peaches. You'll find them clustered along Highway 290 between Fredericksburg and Stonewall, and along Highway 87 south of Main Street. Many stands also carry cantaloupes, tomatoes, and other seasonal produce alongside peach-forward products like jams, jellies, salsas, and cobblers made right on-site.
